a good stay
great location attentive staff
i found the location excellent, placing me conveniently close to everything. the staff showed such warmth and attentiveness. breakfast stood out with its good variety and flavors. i would gladly return.
the traffic noise at night was noticeable. it is something that i hope gets improved. this did impact the overall quietness of my room.

My room featured a sofa, alongside a very comfy and tidy bed, very good. it included all standard amenities. the design promoted relaxation after a full day exploring. I really appreciated it.

Acceptable stay, a few drawbacks.
thin duvet slippery floor
The heating was intermittent. It was quite cold at times. The duvet was also too thin, and no extra blankets were available. The lack of a shower mat felt unsafe. The bathroom floor was very slippery without it.

The central location suited me well (everything was nearby).
My stay included a superior double room, and I found issues. The shower frame was falling apart, and using the shower was difficult since it did not drain properly.

The hotel staff was very warm. They were also friendly indeed. The rooms are large with comfy beds. The showers had great pressure.
The shower was not too good. I could not get the temperature right. I could not position the shower head as it was fixed in position with cable ties.

The staff was friendly and informative. The location allowed easy access to shopping. the hotel was clean. it was close to the seafront.
The steps outside were steep, especially with luggage. A ramp would improve accessibility.

I stayed in a double room this time. The communication via email worked well. My requests were honoured. The room was spacious and also spotlessly clean. The hotel location was two minutes walk to the prom and right by all the shops.

The staff were amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. Staff were always on hand. Housekeeping checked in daily. They offered clean towels, toiletries, teas, and coffees.
